Our Promise

Because Shred My Lease allows you to break your lease, at any point during your lease agreement, we are by your side, throughout the entire process, until you are ready to purchase your dream home. We do not cut corners.

Initial Consultation

After submitting your contact info on our homepage, you will be contacted by a Shred My Lease team member for a brief introduction to our services. During this introduction, we will discuss your current lease, go over a broad description of your home search criteria, and answer any questions you may have for us.

Lease Sumbission

Following your initial consultation, you will email your lease to info@shredmylease.com for our legal team to review. It is our legal team’s job to ensure that your lease is able to be shredded. Unfortunately, not every lease is able to be broken, but most are.  It is imperative that we review your lease in its entirely to ensure you qualify as a candidate to use Shred My Lease’s services.

Approval Process

Once our legal team has reviewed and qualified you as a Shred My Lease Customer, you will receive a phone call and an e-mail confirmation stating your approval.

In order to move onto Step 4, “The Search”, Shred My Lease must receive a pre-approval letter from your desired lender at info@shredmylease.com with your FULL NAME as the subject line. If you do not have a lender and wish to use Shred My Lease’s preferred lender, Click Here to get pre-approved now.

Shred My Lease requires a pre-approval letter prior to searching for and viewing properties so you know, and we know, what types of properties you will be approved to purchase. Additionally, if you are financing any portion of your purchase, a pre-approval letter must be attached to your offer in order to be considered and accepted.

*If you are not financing a portion of your purchase, you do not need a pre-approval letter.

The Search 

Once Shred My Lease has received your pre-approval letter, one of our Shred My Lease team members will reach out to you to go over your home search criteria in far greater detail, to ensure the highest level of efficiency in your search.   

  

From the moment our call has ended, you will be e-mailed all listings for sale that meet your search criteria, as well as new listings the moment they hit the market. Note, you may always call 855-568-4243 if you have any questions or concerns pertinent to your purchase transaction in the interim.

Under Contract

Once you find the home you love, and have entered into a purchase contract, Shred My Lease continues to work alongside you every step of the way, to ensure a smooth transaction.  There are always hurdles in real estate deals, and it is necessary that you have a team you can depend on to ensure you are always protected, and one that can get you to the closing table.

Your New Home

It's closing day! You get your keys to your new home, and we leave you a gift on your kitchen counter.  All we ask is return is that you complete a customer satisfaction survey and tell your friends about us!
